
- All C.O.D.
sales must be paid for in completion of work or on receipt of goods.
- All credit
accounts sales are strictly 30 days from statement.
- No credit
accounts will be conducted unless prior application has been made and
approved on the account application form applicable.
- Quotations
will only be valid for a firm period of 14 days from the date of the
quotation.
- No goods
will be accepted for credit without prior arrangements being made with
our supplier.
- Neither
we nor the manufacturer of tow bars fitted by Carlton Tow bars/TJM Southside
accept responsibility for damage and losses if the tow bar is used contrary
to regulation issued by the Department of Motor Transport or if loads
exceed the vehicle manufacturer's operating limits recommendations,
or the tow bar manufacturer's rated capacity, whichever being the lower.
- Note:
Maximum laden weight of the vehicle being towed must not exceed the
unladen weight of the towing vehicle.
- The job
and work carried out is considered complete to the customer's satisfaction
when the invoice is signed by the customer or their agent.
- Terms
are strictly 7 days.
- All prices
are GST inclusive. The amount of GST has been specified.
TITLE
TO GOODS
Property
in each unit of the goods shall remain with Carlton Tow Bars or TJM Southside
until all monies owing to Carlton Tow Bars or TJM Southside on any account
whatsoever has been paid in full.
You may take
custody of the goods and retain them as Carlton Tow Bars or TJM Southside's
Trustee, Fiduciary Agent and Bailee and shall store the goods in such
a manner that they are readily distinguishable from other goods owned
by you or any other person.
The goods
must be kept separate, properly marked stored protected and insured.
If you resell
the goods you may do so only as a Fiduciary Agent and Trustee for Carlton
Tow Bars or TJM Southside and then only be way of bona fide sale at full
market value in the ordinary course of your business.
